Rock bucket is a structural product, consisting of tooth base plate, bottom plate, bottom reinforcement plate (two layers), side plate, wall plate, hanging lug plate, back plate, bucket ear plate, bucket ear sleeve, bucket tooth, tooth seat.
It is composed of spare parts such as guard plates or bucket corners, so welding is the most critical manufacturing process of rock buckets, and the quality of welding directly affects the structural strength and service life of rock buckets.
